I wait 24 hours before setting the second set of braces on the opposite side to allow sufficient time for the epoxy to cure. Unless, like you using "15 min epoxy", the rails will slide out of position before the epoxy cures. I don't know how strong this 15min epoxy is, but I do have a gut feel for the strength of the epoxy used to wet out the glass. These foot braces will be heavily loaded, especially while rolling and ya want them solid.
